Why Vegetable Oil is Bad For You

Just because the packaging says vegetable doesn’t make it good for you, and that goes double for vegetable oil.

When it comes to cooking, not all oils are created equal.  Literally.  Some oils like olive oil are minimally processed, good for you and contain good fats that your body needs.  Other oils are highly refined and processed like vegetable oil, and contain the worst kind of fat that creates a condition of inflammation in your body.

Make sure to stock your kitchen with the right oils and avoid heavily fried food.
