Athletic Quickness

how to run faster, how to get faster

There comes a time in many an athlete’s life when they look to the sky and ask “how can I become faster?”

Becoming faster, quicker, more explosive- seems very difficult, if not impossible, for many people.  I know I felt this way when searching the internet looking for anything that would help me get faster at sports.

There is a great program that is super effective that I have been using for the last 5 years as part of my training to have increased speed and quickness.  For anyone looking to strictly gain muscle or lose weight, this program may not be for you, but if you enjoy playing sports or running, or you just want to get an edge with your fitness and do everything else that much better, take heed to the isometric resistance band.

Athletic Quickness is a website which I found years ago to be very, very helpful when I realized I was going to have to do something different to get faster.  What I found was nothing short of amazing.   The maker of this product and program promises you will see a noticeable difference in your speed and quickness within 2 weeks of doing this program.  Sounds a little far-fetched, right?

The truth is, it’s not far-fetched!  By using scientific principles and studying the human body, how the human body moves, and what microscopic muscle fibers are involved, Dr. Van Such, the creator of the athletic quickness program, created something that really works.

I want you to know that I get absolutely no money or compensation from the creator of this product for promoting it.  I am simply writing about it to help you if you want to get faster, quicker, jump higher, or get better at your sport.

Watch this video to learn some interesting things about how the body works, and how isometric resistance bands make you faster.
