Believe it or not, not all the foods people have come to believe are bad for them actually are.

It’s true, foods like chocolate and butter, which everyone has told you not to eat, in fact, if from proper sources, not only taste great but are good for you.  It sounds too good to be true, so how is this possible?

Dark chocolate does not affect your blood sugar like milk chocolate or chocolate cake.  It’s actually got a lot of fiber too and is high in anti-oxidants.  I like to get mine from Whole Foods.

Grass-fed butter is actually good for you and can help you lose weight. Healthy products from cows fed with grass, not GMO soy beans or corn are good for weight loss.
