We all love shortcuts and the ability to get what we want faster. So when I heard there was an exercise you could do while driving or sitting at your desk in school or at the office to get a flat stomach, I was naturally a little skeptical.
However, in my years of dedicated research to finding things that work to get lean ripped muscle and throwing out all the strategies that fitness gurus claim work but actually don’t, I can honestly tell you that doing this exercise is a great way to flatten your stomach.
