Marketing and economics tell us that corn, wheat, and soy are not only economically viable and widely available, but that they’re good for us.  On the surface why wouldn’t these foods be good for us?  Corn, grain, and beans should be good for us after all.  Right?

Unfortunately, we’re getting a lot of those products in the form of high fructose corn syrup and genetically modified products which are nearly unavoidable.  So many products at stores have these GMO ingredients in addition to a large number of synthetic additives.

If you don’t eat a lot of products with these ingredients, chances are you may still be exposed to their dangers because even the animals in our food supply are widely being fed GMO corn and soybeans.  Cows are actually intended to eat grass as they would in nature, but cheap corn and soy saves food producers a lot of money, at your expense in health.

These foods hurt our muscle building and goals to get ripped in a major way.  So what can you do?

Learn more shocking facts about the big 3 foods that are making us obese and what you can do.
