Hello and thank you for visiting this site! I created this website to help people just like you achieve their fitness goals. I know exactly what it’s like to want to make a change to your physical appearance but just not know exactly where to start because I myself was once in that same position. Just being honest, I’m not ashamed to say I didn’t have the answers. But I did start asking the right questions…
So who doesn’t want to be stronger, faster, leaner, sexier, more athletic? We all do. However, we all come from different places and backgrounds and we all have different starting points. Personally, I know what it’s like to be really skinny and not know how to gain weight or muscle. I also know what it’s like to let your body go and pack on pounds from a lack of exercise and making poor choices in what I ate.
Perhaps more importantly, I know what it’s like to recover from a disabling injury and the weight gain that resulted during the years I couldn’t work out and was so depressed I ate whatever I want, even if it was bad for me. Trust me, I know exactly how hard it is to get back out there and stay with an exercise routine!
Truthfully speaking though… I don’t like the term exercise routine. I don’t like it because it’s routine! Routines, while useful, can become boring fast!! I’ve been working out, exercising, and eating intelligently now for over 13 years and I have a lot of exciting news for you. Exercise, eating well, doing the right things- can all be fun and enjoyable!
In fact, if you absolutely hate working out or “dieting”, you may not be on the right program, or maybe you’re not on any program at all, and are just going off of what you know or what you’ve heard. Just like anything, if you want to do it, then you want to do it right. You want to get rid of the hype, the mis-information, and the rumors. So start with the truth, the facts, and get moving forward in the right direction, and quickly!
Maybe you think deep down that you can never have an awesome, sexy physique. Maybe you’re on this page because you’re just flirting with the concept or maybe dreaming of have a better body. If that’s the case… I have some good news for you.
The good news is that you can change your body however you want! For better… or worse

Do you want to become better at your sport, increase your coordination and athleticism, or just have more fun and try some new activities? The information on this site, the ideas, the workout programs, the exercises, the nutrition info, the mental training it takes to achieve your goals- are the exact methods I’ve used and continue to use to achieve my fitness and health goals whether that’s to gain weight, muscle, strength, power, agility, coordination, or quickness. Furthermore these are the exact methods by which I’ve attained a sexy body myself!
At 31 I now have a body that I am proud of and I feel great. I like the way my clothes fit and I like the way I feel. I have more energy and am more enthusiastic about life in general, and I credit this largely to working out regularly, working out in a variety of different ways, and eating real food that both tastes good and is actually good for you. Working out, eating fresh and whole foods, staying active- have all been the engine for my well-being over the years.
Since making a commitment to my own wellness, I’ve had some very positive life changes as a result.
When you look great, you feel great, and when you’re working out and eating right, you are great. Your body is healthier, your energy is higher, and you make a positive impression on those around you. It’s an absolutely positive cycle that with just a little effort will produce game-changing results.
Ultimately, I wanted to share my experience and give you some encouragement and direction for your own path to a super sexy body and a long, happy and healthy life.
The thing is, I have found what works, and what doesn’t. And there’s one thing that’s certain in all this: if I can do it, then anyone can. But you’ll need a plan, one that has worked for myself and others. In fact, the most important thing is that you find a plan that works, and then you fully commit to it and stick with it!
